Is your Zune to small for your media needs?  Well there's good news for you!  With this mod, you can upgrade your Zune from 30GB to 60GB, 80GB, or even 100GB!

Ipodmods.com has made a step by step guide of how to do this.  You can even buy the new hardrives from their website.  Warning:  This may void your warranty as it requires you to open the Zune...
