I was using my Zune without any problem until it just stopped working.
I have tried a hard reset. Then, when I proceed to restore the firmware from the Zune Software, everything seems to be fine, until my computer tells me that it no longer recognizes the device and the Zune displays this message: "To recover from an error, Zune must clear all content" (all content has already been cleared at the beginning of the procedure).

I do it again and again, with the same result. I am about to give up. I would appreciate your help.
